Moodcaster Game Project

Another game jam I was a part of, Moodcaster. Throughout this project, I acted as a character art director as well as a concept artist. It was a fun challenge designing cutesy, low-level enemies, and then coming up with scarier, more realistic enemies.

A game poster made in collaboration with another concept artist. We had looked at several horror movie posters from the 1950's as inspiration for the dramatic shadows and saturated colors.

One of two major enemies, Lockjaw. It was very fun creating an enemy design that looks so visibly tattered and wasted away

The second major enemy, Scarybus (our own little version of the classic Cerberus). It's our belief that the low level puppy enemies that roam around the game are her pups.
